The goal of the advocacy program was to provide education, engage trade and distributor partners, and target consumers through key marketing activations to increase awareness and sales. Based on these goals, we developed brand specific KPIs as well as managed all aspects of the program from hiring and training of the BAMs, day-to-day program oversight as well as implementing a standardized analytics framework for robust program reporting.
